Dr. Amit Gaba
Dr. Gaba earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. He has practiced in the areas surrounding Houston since 2010.
Dr. Gaba is committed to dental excellence and takes many advanced courses and uses the latest in dental technology to enhance his patient’s comfort. He takes pride in listening to his patients and providing them with the most compassionate and comprehensive care available.
Dr. Kamran Shaikh
Dr. Kamran Shaikh earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the New York University College of Dentistry. He went on to do a hospital-based residency at the University of Louisville. After practicing general dentistry for a couple years, Dr. Shaikh returned to the University of Louisville to pursue his passion of being an orthodontist while also earning his Master’s degree in Oral Biology.
Dr. Shaikh is experienced in the treatment of complex surgical orthodontic cases for adults, as well as early interceptive orthodontic therapy for children, and traditional comprehensive orthodontic treatment of teenagers.
Dr. Shaikh moved to Houston in 2011 with his family where he enjoys cheering for the Astros and Rockets. Dr. Shaikh is very passionate about being an orthodontist and is available to answer any questions regarding orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Elkhodary
Dr. Elkhodary is an accomplished international dentist, trained in Egypt. She attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in Lincoln, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Elkhodary’s adaptability, fast learning, and appreciation for teamwork are key to achieving shared goals. With experience in various aspects of general dentistry, she continuously expands her knowledge and passion for the field. Dr. Elkhodary is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a comfortable environment. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling and spending time with loved ones.
Bindiya Gaba
Bindiya Gaba is the CEO and driving force behind the practice, overseeing all operational aspects with precision and care. A dedicated mother and highly driven leader, she balances strategic vision with hands-on management to ensure the practice runs efficiently and smoothly. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence create a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

District Manager
My name is Sandra Valentin Graduated from Everest College in 2011. I joined Katy Family smiles in 2016 I have worked on Dental Assisting, Insurance coordinator, and my role today as a District Manager. I enjoyed interacting and building relationships with our patients. My priority is to ensure that all of our patients have a wonderful experience. When I’m not in the office I love to spend time with my Family.

I worked for 13 years until I moved to the United State where I obtained my license as a dental assistant/ My goal is to provide high-quality service where patients feel comfortable, satisfied, and leave with a big smile. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family and friends.

Hello my names Alanna Ganz , I went to school at the Houston dental assistant academy , graduated march 2023 .I’m grateful to Katy family smiles for the first office to give me an opportunity to grow and gain experience In a dental office. Everyone is so kind here and genuinely focused 100% on the patients and the well being of their oral health !!! Out side of the dental office I love to go out with my friends dancing at festivals and cool show venues.
